DIRECT COMMISSION

Direct Commission is paid for all product sales to the Sales Agent that directly submitted the sale, whether or not they are active at the time of sale. Commissions are paid Thursday for the previous week’s business, beginning Sunday through Saturday at midnight.

SPLIT PAYMENT GUIDELINES

Customers can enroll in Credit Restoration on an installment plan for $349. This option is only available to customers using a credit card or debit card as their payment methods. The payment amount of $185 will be due at the time of enrollment and a balance $185 in two weeks.

The second payment will be charged to the same account that was used for the initial payment when the due date arrives and will include a small service fee. Credit Restoration, document preparation and printing will begin as soon as the second payment is obtained.

 

  • Currently customers enrolling in the split payment option must be entered through our business office or by calling our business office.  
  • Direct enrollment will be available in the future. 
  • To view the status of split payment customers, log into your business office and click on Customer List under the Reports tab. 

Commission on the second payment will be the same amount as the first payment. Agents will receive half of the commission the following week after the first payment is received. The commission balance will be paid when the second payment is processed. If payments are declined, the client’s service will be suspended and commission will be delayed until the payment issues are resolved. 

 

NOTE: On a split payment, the amount paid will count towards volume. 

 

EXAMPLE: If a customer opts for the $349 “split payment” and pays an initial payment of $185, only $185 will count towards the personal/group volume. When both payments are made, the volume counted will be $370.

LEVEL OVER-RIDES

To receive Level Over-rides on Level 1-6, Agents must be active and meet the eligibility requirements located to the left. If an agent is inactive, the over-ride will roll up to the next active agent. Level over-rides are payed based on the agents current “paid-as” title.

CUSTOMER ACQUISITION BONUS (CAB)

A Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB) is a commission paid when a new agent produces the required amount of sales revenue within 70 days of entering the business.  CABS are paid to the enrolling agent and eligible upline. There are three types of CAB’s: Initial, Remaining and Total. The amount of CAB earned is contingent on the “Paid-As” title and will be paid on your lineage organization only. 

  • If a new agent’s enrollment fee is declined, no CAB will be paid. 
  • The initial CAB for new EMG Agents with a full sale in the amount of $349 
  • The Remaining CAB is paid out when the addition of 2 full customer sales are made or partial payments completed within 70 days

Personal sales requirements from Field Trainer (FT) to Manager (MGR), are accumulative. Directors and above are only required to do one full sale every 2 months to remain active, provided that they have accumulated 12 personal full sales or $4,188 in personal volume since enrollment.  

 

Volume resets at zero at the beginning of each new month. 

 

INFINITY BONUS

The EMG Infinity Bonus is designed to recognize and reward outstanding sales achievement by agents who excel at building active, successful organizations. This monthly bonus is paid when an agent achieves the “Paid-As” position of Manager (MGR) or above.  

 

Bonuses will be paid monthly during the second week of each month for the previous month. The infinity bonus is paid in lineage volume only. 

 

You must maintain Group Volume and activity requirements at the “Paid-As” title. Agents must be active the entire qualifying month to receive the infinity bonus. If the same title is achieved in the same team (leg), the infinity bonus will be divided up based on the volume generated by each individual title holder.

  • For all positions, qualifying agents with titles must be active for leg minimum requirements. 
  • You must maintain group volume and activity requirements at the “Paid-As” title.  
  • Agents must be active the entire qualifying month to receive the Infinity Bonus

DIRECT DEPOSIT AND COMMISSION CHECKS 

A Processing fee of $4.00 will be deducted from your commission checks and direct deposits.  No checks will be issued for amounts less than $15.00  

 

CUSTOMER SPONSOR PLACEMENT

Once an agent with EMG has acquired twelve (12) personal customers or $4,188 in personal sales volume, they may keep additional customers or opt to “Sponsor Place” additional customers under any agent in their downline, as long as that customer to be sponsor placed has not been enrolled in NCES more than 60 days. 

 

Agents have 60 days to “move” or “Sponsor Place” their customer under any agent in their downline. 

 

The sponsoring agent who sponsor places a customer under an agent in their downline can select one of the following options: 

 

            Option 1. Keep the full commission on the sale (example $349 sale – $110) 

            Option 2. Give the full commission of $110 to the agent getting that customer. 

            Option 3.  Split the commission on that sale with that agent downline 50/50 or $55.  

 

 

Commission overrides are still paid out to the sponsoring agents upline not the upline above the agent under which the customer was placed. 

 

Sponsor placing a customer under an agent in that enroller’s down may generate a CAB bonus.
