Is it legal to perform credit restoration?
A: Yes, The 3 major credit reporting agencies are not non-profit companies. They are privately owned and are in business to make money. Therefore, they are governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The CRA’s [credit reporting agencies] must maintain accurate data, through research to identify that information about any given person is correct.
This, as you might imagine, is a lot of work!Research on the CRA’s themselves reveals that up to 80% of their data is reported inaccurately.Yes - 80 percent! There are other issues creating problems as well: duplication of reported items, erroneous reporting and outdated information.
The CRA’s were put into place to maintain information about consumers: to be fair and accurate to the consumer, and yet we’ve seen one negative item turn into fifteen negative entries!
We ensure our customers receive a fair and accurate credit report and teach corrective credit behavior [we don’t pretend it’s easy... but it is critical!] to help every one of our clients to reach his ultimate credit profile.
Do you have a money back guarantee program?

We will evaluate the results of our work. We must charge a $100.00 non-refundable fee for research and processing.
We also have a $20 deduction for every item that was actually correct on your credit report. Then the remainder of the money will be returned to you. We are dedicated to the success of each and every one of our clients, and our success rate is phenomenal.
